Mike Masters founded Masters Flooring Company, Inc. in 1991, building his new company one step at a time.  By 1993, Master Flooring settled in to its present home today in Keller, Texas.  The scope of the business first included sales, installation and repair of hardwood flooring, but quickly developed into much more.  Because hardwood flooring was in great demand, this provided an anchor to expand into carpet and ceramic tile sales and installations. Masters Flooring's first retail store was opened in 1995. 

The desire of Masters Flooring is to continue to develop a three-sided business that includes sales by knowledgeable and personable sales representatives, installations by internal, highly-trained and motivated installers and customer service that extends beyond the initial sale.  "Our mission is to work as a team with our customers" says Mike.  "We are in the service industry so our 'grade' is based on our quality, commitment and responsiveness.  Our customers are our business partners who we must respect and support in order to be successful.  Our employees are the business."
